The hotel is very accessible. Tram stops are just a short walk away. the staff were helpful and answered all our questions politely. i found the breakfast to have a good variety of different foods (especially the scrambled eggs). the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel is right next to a tram stop. it takes only about 10 minutes to reach the metro. the room had everything i expected.

the rooms were very basic with just a bed a wardrobe and a tv. there was no kettle. there was also no fridge for self catering.

giuseppe at reception was very helpful, and he assisted with planning our trip to bergamo and offered suggestions for dining. the breakfast options were adequate, and the location proved convenient. rooms were newly furnished with clean amenities.

The lights in the rooms weren't very bright. the beds made some noise with movement.
